PTC Creo is a parametric CAD application based around model-based definition (MBD). It was initially released under the name PTC Pro/ENGINEER in 1985 and later rebranded to PTC Creo Parametric.

PTC Creo is feature-rich and offers build simulation tools, generative design, manufacturing CAM tools, etc. PTC Creo is also available as a SaaS under the name Creo+.
